What if life came with an EULA?

Well, this is one possible version.

Given the common restrictions on minors entering into contracts, how would such an EULA be enforced? Would its existence preclude the possibility of Microsoft taking a lien over one's firstborn child as the purchase price of some future version of Windows?

The conundrums are quite numerous. Maybe something for a philosophy discussion?
