Well, this is one possible version.
Given the common restrictions on minors entering into contracts, how would such an EULA be enforced? Would its existence preclude the possibility of Microsoft taking a lien over one's firstborn child as the purchase price of some future version of Windows?
The conundrums are quite numerous. Maybe something for a philosophy discussion?
