I would take that evaluation with a grain of salt - here's what i got:
***You're an Expert Kisser***
You're a kissing pro, but it's all about quality and not quantity
You've perfected your kissing technique and can knock anyone's socks off
And you're adaptable, giving each partner what they crave
When it comes down to it, your kisses are truly unforgettable
With respect, you demonstrate that you don't know what you are on about. Firstly, married Anglican clergy who convert to Catholicism may be ordained in the RC Church under a 1981 law, in recognition of the fact that they have married while in the Anglican Church that has a married clergy. However, to ensure that each case is genuine and the provision is not subject to abuse, each such ordination requires the formal authorisation of the Pope.
Also, Eastern Rite Catholic churches ordain married men. The Roman rule of celibacy is law of the church but a prevailing rule. Your implication that the ordination of former Anglican priests is absurd, since each Catholic convert must of course, have studied Catholic theology and practice and publicly affirm the Catholic faith. Protestant converts must also declare their belief in everything professed by Catholics as divinely revealed. All men wishing to be ordained in the Church, including former Anglican priests must also receive thorough training in Catholic theology commensurate with the role required of a Catholic cleric.
Furthermore, you are mistaken: Catholics who are seriously ill but in no imminent danger of death, or whom are over 70, are eligible to receive the rite of the Anointing of the Sick in the Church. Catholics and Anglicans therefore have a similar approach to the practice.
Lastly, the Anglican Church has a rite of Confession to a priest. While the practice is not emphasised as much as in the Catholic Church, it is held as important by churches in the Anglican Communion.
I know this is a very late response, but as a part time adult student at my local uni this sort of behavior just boggles the mind.
I was in the middle of a statistics test last year and somebody had her phone set on the "full bore obnoxious" tone and I wanted to immediately throw things at her. The prof then slides her a note. I'm thinking "yeah, let her have it".. and little did I realize, he wanted to.. just not in the way I thought. He propositioned her in the middle of class! Her boyfriend was sitting nearby and I don't think he thought too much of that.
Err, you know that they've made more star-trek movies, and more recently, than they did Predator ones, right? And that, unfortunately, they have a much bigger following AND people might actually have an idea of what he's talking about.
Still, you're on the box, no matter how much of an idiot, so we'll respect what you have to say, bro.
yeah - there really is a place called Hell in the US. Can you remember back a few years when the Eagles did thier "Hell Freezes Over" tour? Apparently they said they would tour again when Hell freezes over, so when the wee town of Hell froze over, they had to tour :D
To falsely accuse someone of rape is the most vile and malicious accusation you could possibly make.
Particularly evil is when that accusation is vengeful, and hurts innocent children by exposing them to CYFS investigations and stripping them of their home and financial security.
When SOMEONE WHO IS SUPPOSED TO LOVE YOU is involved and they have the hatred, bitterness, and dishonesty to use personal emails and correspondence to fuel their repugnant hysteria, it is possible to forgive, but never forget or reconcile with the spiteful, and selfish humans that could act in such a disgraceful, unloving, and totally inhumane way.
This reminds me of the bash quote that reads a lot like:
omgsean123: so anyway, heisenberg is speeding down the street and he gets pulled over by a cop
omgsean123: and the cop is like "do you know how fast you were going?"
omgsean123: and he says "no, but i know exactly where i am!"
The women who make these complaints deserve an equal sentence to a convicted rapist.
As a partner of a young man falsely accused, I am disgusted by the rights these fraudsters have.
The government give the so called victims payouts, free counselling and funding to front up to court and give evidence.
The falsely accused often lose thier jobs, passports, houses, and loved ones.
This crime is purely evil and often innocent children are caught in the middle of this turmoil.
We need to get tough fast.
Amusing, as I've had two, TWO, capable friends turned down for the police force, simply because they want to stay in Hamilton. If they enlisted in auckland, they'd be snapped up in a second (Of course, they have to stay there for at least two years before asking to be transferred) - but apparently we've got enough staff already here in the Waikato.
If they're going to complain about a lack of numbers, they should make sure that they're making it as attractive as possible for experienced officers to transfer to the problem areas while they continue to recruit wherever they can.
I'm not sure why Helen is so obsessed over the issue of troops in Iraq. You can argue that we only have one serious combat unit in New Zealand and that is our SAS. They were deployed to Afghanistan very shortly after the start of the war and were also deployed to Iraw as well. She herself sent our troops to war. Fullstop. For her to sit there and accuse Don of selling out to the Americans is just hypocrisy. The rest of our army are merely peace keepers called in when a bridge needs building somewhere..
The comment "If I shouldn't be in there, why is it so easy to get in?" was not saying I shouldn't be in there - morally of course, it is wrong. The simple fact is the New Zealand legal system does NOT cover this sort of thing, and Telecom seems to not give a sh*t about it, as their voicemail system is still wide open. Sigh.
It appears that Time were wrong about Thomas, too, then, since they were my source for that little factoid.
I'm impressed that Bush, the king of unilateralism, has discovered the Democratic side of the house. Of course, since the GoP are desperate to avoid their nominations being dragged through months of shit-throwing it's probably not entirely unexpected that his advisors would consider it a good move.
Scalia was also the most outspoken on stopping the counting of votes in '00, making various statements that amounted to it being the Court's duty to pick the President not to ensure that the country's wishes were carried out. He was definitely one of the supporters on that position.
Oh dear where do I start with the factual errors. The biggest is that CLarence Thomas was nominated by Bush 41, not Clinton.
The second is that Bush has spoken by phone several times with the Senate Democratic Leader, and met with him in person to discuss the nomination. So your prediction is wrong before you even made it.
Thirdly labelling Scalia conserative is applying a one dimensional label. He is an originalist and by virtue of that has often ended up with positions some would call liberal. Such as flag burning and G Bay where he had the harshest words for the Govt in Hamdi vs Rumsefield.
Fourthly the oldest remaining judges is Stevens, seen as a liberal.
Shocking as it may be, I think, and sometimes those thoughts are almost worthy of public contemplation. So, here are those some thoughts, with no guarantees as to their validity, worth, or utility to the cosmos.
